I'm underweight due to genetics and extreme poverty. It is constantly a health issue, an issue in stores, growing up has gotten me literally beaten and abused. It's insanely privileged to act that way. I agree fatphobia is a huge problem. Can't believe you'd choose to hurt others in the same way

I've had people tell me drawing my own body was a fetish, wrong, etc and I've seen it happen to others. People definitely get surgery to get fatter, that's wild.

That's not true and it's fucked up to act like that. Doctors can do fucked up things and not take yous seriously for being skinny. Being too underweight is extremely dangerous and can kill you. There are so many reasons why that can be the case, just like with why people can have extra weight
