Hi Philipp, I would expect you to realize I am not that dumb. I had to install some of the missing dependencies within the running docker container. What finally tripped me is that the image included in the docker image is the x86_64 medaca build within the arm64 environment.

Sorry for the delay but is was busy here. Collecting beetles, extracting nematodes, keeping cultures alive. I will try to catch up. Here we found a population of chafer grubs heavily infected with a Thelastomatid (Clade 3) Cephalobellus species, new to the Swedish fauna

One week since Jans landed in Arlanda airport (at about midnight) and we already produced nematode cultures of #Pristionchus, #Rhabditis and #Oscheius from just few arthropod samples I collected near Jönköping. Pictures and results will follow. These worms multiply too fast for me to keep control.
