Life is fluid. It’s a balance between difficult and joyful. When it seems to be consumed with difficult times it could be we tend to give more energy to the hard & sad days.
Perhaps the joyful days deserve as much attention. Let’s be more aware of spending our energy more equally.

When the day seems overwhelming making a ToDo list will help. List each thing you’d like to do and then take satisfaction in crossing off each DONE item. You may feel you don’t even have time to make the list but do it. You will thank me.

While we all have issues, some very heavy, we all also have things to be grateful for. It really does make you feel happier to focus on things you are grateful for. Small good things count. I am currently happy I saw that very long black hair on my chin in time to tweeze it before shopping.

Feeling disconnected, tired, wired….when was the last time you went outside and stared up at a tree, or watched the clouds? Mother Nature is waiting to comfort you.

I hope many folks getting together to let their hopes and worries be seen in mass encourages others to verbalize their concerns. We cannot be silent when we see so much suffering. The difference in this protest and the one the Capital experienced were certainly different. Disagreement w/o attack.

It is so sad it’s going to take so much suffering for people to believe what is happening. Their faith was so strong in him they couldn’t see the future. I think it’s becoming clear now. Let’s keep the path to them letting him go open and empty of ‘We tried to tell you.’ Just welcome them.
