Days ago. Looks like it’s getting there. A little concerned the spots are mold but they look more like sugar crystallization. Will keep an eye on it. What flavor kombucha should I make first?

I have spent a good amount of time in Mexico and I love the country and the people.

For three days in a row I ate bread I made spread with almond butter I made and guava jam gifted to me a friend made. Heaven.
Can’t wait to make more things. Rye bread, canned carnitas, dehydrated veggies are all on the list. #canning #dehydrating #foodpreservation

A great day. Woke up well rested. Visit with friend, half off at the vintage section in the best thrift store, made my first batch of soap ever (dish!), kids studying human biology together, then dinner from what I had here - pork tenderloin and scalloped potatoes. Oh & a big squirrel on the deck.

Fostering 2 poodle babies from a hoarder situation. Just got home and grabbed the first blanket in the stash/ a Keanu Reeves blanket I got thrifting I was going to use as a white elephant gift. They’re gonna be alright.
