Omg I made the 2nd Avenue Vegetable Korma from the cookbook Appetite for Reduction by @isachandra.bsky.social for the first time in a while and it’s exactly what I needed. Been really unimpressed by most food lately and it’s so so good. Get these veggies right into veins!
