Found in r/military, where servicepeople are rightfully freaking out about the new EO, which gives FOTUS power to sicc active military on whatever domestic targets they want.
This was just issued to remind soldiers of their obligation to disregard illegal orders. An EO is not a law.

Can confirm. I look at shipping charts because I'm a nerd like that, and LA/Long Beach (main west coast port for container ships out of China) has a distinct lack of yellow dots anchored in the green dashed zones, where they wait until there's room to unload/load at a dock. That never happens.
