It’s been years since I broke night. Got home at almost 11, walked and fed the dog, started my paper that needed to be in by 8am today. I just finished - so sleepy I’m nauseous. Now I get to take a 4 hour nap before work starts.

I was getting super pissed because its 40 degrees outside and my house is cold af only to realize I turned on the A/C instead of the heat.

I have to write a motion to dismiss by Monday and I have 3 other projects to finish before I even get to that which means I won’t start until Saturday earliest.

I sent a very fed up email to a higher up and CCed my (new) manager, CPO, and our lawyer for transparency and my manager is not happy. It was the first escalation I’ve ever done in my 4 years of working here and also, I’m right in my logic so….

I hope the first thing Zohran does is pull the list of the worst slumlords on NYC and extradite them all from Israel (because they’re nearly ALL dual US-Israeli citizens) and revoke their properties, immediately converting them to affordable housing units. 🙂↕️

Walked into my doctor’s office to find out all staff (doctors, nurses, EVERYONE in all 3 floors with different specialties) are being LAID OFF. Everyone looks like they’ve been crying. This is terrible.
