I took bags of old clothing to the recycling yesterday, I still have several bags of good clothes to go to a homeless charity. But it struck me that the load to recycling was the same as when I first moved flats in London in my 20’s.

The last few months the thoughts of self harm and just ending it all have been very strong.
The strange thing is there is no reason. Work is good home life is good but still the thoughts are strong.
I am not going to action the thoughts but it’s hard.

This is a food dispenser for cats to feed the strays at the cat monastery on Cyprus put in a euro and feed drops in to the trays at the bottom. Note the two cats sitting in the bottom ready to go, one. Is actually already eating. The cats at this place didn’t lack for food but just wanted a fuss.
