I'm also in the throws of trying to convince myself to buy a new PC and monitor and I can't pull the trigger.

I have the money sitting aside for it but I fall into the "well if I spent $100 more I could have X feature" and then don't spent anything cause it seems too decadent

Same thing happened to me bud. It took a while for it to make me feel something. Even after I painted and fixed stuff it still felt like nothing. Then one day it clicked that it was safe and where I return and feel good and happy.

The issue with just a motor is that bins have higher centres of mass and can get tippy on even a tiny slope or rough terrain. In certain cases though it could work without much issue. Not on my stupid front yard though.
