Where and which health facilities people visit may be based on which facilities are (known to be) stocked at any one time.

Other studies in sub-Saharan Africa show, however, that health facility shortages in medications can lead to less people seeking care. Anecdotally, we heard the same is true in South Sudan and it may suggest that seeking healthcare is, for many people, mostly about going and getting a drug.

One interesting result to disentangle was the association between obtaining medication (and paying for it) and seeking care, which may more likely be a consequence of seeking care rather than determinant.

(mum/dad/consumer/etc.) when sharing health information, don't we reinforce the criterion that information's credibility depends on the person's identity sharing it? And if we use an 'outgroup threat' based on 'people like us believing in empiricism'...

Talking about how we can arm people for the storm of conflicting info online, and how people form opinions / positions in a public space increasingly appealing to identity. My remaining questions are if scientists appeal to their other identities..
