Terms & Connectors searching, what we used to call Boolean, will always be a critical skill in legal research. If you can't translate your issue into a T&C search, you don't understand it well enough to research it. Also FIELDS (called SEGMENTS on Lexis).
Knowing how to craft advanced search prompts on Westlaw or Lexis has been a lawyer skill for a couple decades, so to me this seems like a variation on that

My law students have never heard of RSS. I miss Google Reader every. single. day.
Boosting this signal as very interested to know as well.
Does anyone still use RSS readers?

Given the utterly appalling state of the internet (social media and newsletter service options in particular) for creatives who do not have money, who do not get any meaningful financial ROI on newsletter services to justify fees....

It's happened twice now. I want to propose a new verb: to schwartz a brief is to submit a brief citing hallucinated cases. But the real learning is the attorneys who don't bother to read the cases they cite--great for 1L imposter syndrome.
