I've gained several followers recently, so I'll reintroduce myself (sort of). I'm "I" and I'm from the best coast of 🇨🇦 (PNW area for my 🇺🇸 friends). I post a lot about nature, science/medicine and art (esp. path art), some aviation, and tons of feline and humourous content...especially lately 🫠 1/2

This woman sounds like a psychopath. She has past charges for animal cruelty.
We need to take animal cruelty way more seriously. People who hurt animals are often people who will hurt or kill humans with little concern.

6 years today the first COVID case was identified in a man in Wuhan marking the beginning of a global pandemic that changed the world. We are way less prepared today to face another pandemic than we were back then. This fact makes me sad.

Some don’t understand that demonising refugees& asylum seekers is a red line for any healthy nation. As a group of people, like any other, they include the brilliant, good & bad, but labelling them as lesser humans undeserving of compassion, safety & equality is definitely bad for the whole country.

my hot take based on nothing is: GOOP is part of why we landed here.
One of the things about trust is that it is efficient. It saves you having to invest a lot of time and effort in verification, and if placed in the right places, saves you a lot of pain.
