i think so! if you've read f&b, there are some sort of inexcusable deviations that affect the storyline, but it's fine as long as you can live with it feeling more like fanfic than canon. if you haven't read f&b, then dw at all! s2 will seem slow compared to s1, but that's just bc s1 has time jumps
