We have from the figure
a+d=4,
b+e=2,
a+b+c=4,
3*b=2*c,
3*e=2*f,
3*(a+b+d+e+2)=2*(c+f+9).
So, (a,b,c,d,e,f)=(7/2,1,3/2,1/2,1,3/2).
i.e. shaded area is d+e+f+2=1/2+1+3/2+2=5.
