I've had a reply to one of my comments be totally invisible before. UI says there's one reply, can't see it. And if I had them blocked they never would have been able to reply to it in the first place.

Classic ai automod. It's total garbage, misses things constantly and falsely flags a lot.
It'll even apply labels to things already tagged. Sometimes a lesser one, sometimes the same one twice.
