I had an interesting conversation with @ossupervisor.bsky.social and @moefmoef.bsky.social and Anina from Petzi how to engage the music venue community on ATProto. It looks like the skeuomorphism that we need to convince them to switch is Instagram stories.

This is really the crux of it. Bluesky isn't censorship resistant when there's a single point of failure concentrated in the United States.

Doesn’t this essentially remove the network effect of Bluesky though? If posts aren’t on the largest instance of this network because they got moderated off of it, those posts basically don’t exist.
