Yeeeeaaah it is very 👀. Someone was on the app saying that they hadn't seen anything about the protests happening yesterday/in regards to the inauguration and that they thought maybe that's why live was missing. I did immediately see 3 posts about it after though.

Yes! It's honestly so nice. Having something that actively reminds you to do something OR congratulates you for doing it is very exciting and very helpful!

I believe in you!! 💖

And just to add as a final thought and reminder: muscle also makes up "weight" which is why putting focus on weight vs how you feel in your body is not a good way to measure success! Feeling stronger and healthier in your body is better than any number on a scale, imo!

Oh! And the most important thing!! Patience. Everyone's body is different and everyone's metabolism is different. Progress is SO relative and isn't always a straight line.

It's really never been a number on a scale sort of thing to me. I was scared of what would happen to me if I didn't find another path and had the supreme privilege to be able to make the changes I needed to make, along with a super good support system

Another set of then ---> now photos

I feel so much better and more capable. I'd been struggling to sleep, to deal with my anxiety and adhd and even to do "simple" things like go on walks.
