Staying home sick means fitting in little bits of stitching between naps and tea.

This afternoon’s quiet stitching accompanied by a little Austen. I’m making slow and steady progress hand quilting and it keeps my lap nice and warm.

I seem to be having the kind of morning where I just pour the coffee beans straight into the French press without grinding them

Finally getting around to quilting the blanket I finished in August. Not sure about the thread, might change my mind later and switch to a different weight.

Attempted a new recipe tonight. Didn’t come out exactly as I thought but hoping we all like it! Husband accidentally bought broccoli rabe instead of kale but we just went with it.

Still mostly in the basting stage but took a little break to see this block. One of my favorite things about epp is how easy I can take it on the go! This block was done between dance recitals this weekend.

My daughter and I have a shared note where she writes wishlist items so I have an idea for Xmas and bday gifts. I noticed this new addition today, cracking up about “bread” 😅
