Ok fine I did it. It really pained me to omit Inside Llewyn Davis, Oslo August 31st, and Wes Anderson (I suspect Asteroid City will turn out to be one of the greats with time).

Couldn’t get pinnekjøtt in Texas this year, so doing Serious Eats’ boneless lamb roast with marinade inside and out. Very excited to use the drippings for mashed rutabaga.
