So my husband discovered an app called Mela that allows you to upload recipes there. I can upload all my NYT recipes to it and I assume it works the same as if I’d printed them or saved them to my phone in another way.

That’s what ours does. Our kids got one as a present like 14 years ago and we were absolutely not going to do the narc for Santa thing, so instead the elf does funny things and brings little treats like Christmas mugs/candy/pajamas on Christmas Eve. This was him one day last year.

One side of ours (the other has more personal stuff, so not shown, but also includes all our small ones from the National Park Service that we’ve gotten when we’ve visited national parks!). Magnets and ornaments are the standard trip souvenirs for my family. Cheap and easily packed!
