That is the thing I hate most about being a teacher. We always get paid on the last day of the month, so I know when I'm getting paid, it just sucks to try and make that stretch.

I saw it firsthand with my brother. He was never a strong reader, but when he got older, he discovered audiobooks, and he had read so much! I think that's where my eyes were opened.

I am so blessed that I have an admin that trusts me to do my job. So when I ask for books and then audiobooks for that same book, they offer no hesitation and provide me with it. I've gotten so many students to actually read using the audiobook version. It makes my teacher heart so happy.

I went through and made sure I had my favorite creators on YouTube so I didn't lose them, and then I left.

I never really liked Goodread, but I LOVE StoryGraph, and I've gotten a few of my friends to jump on it, too!
