그리고 하고 싶지 않은 생각이나 잊고 싶은 기억이 자꾸 떠오를 때 눈을 감고 부드럽게 안구를 좌우 최대한 끝으로 왔다갔다 하면서 그 움직임에만 집중하면 그것이 장기메모리가 되지 않도록 한다고 합니다. 저는 효과 보며 살고 있어요.
어제 들은 꿀팁.
눈을 감고 눈을 좌우로 빠르게 움직이면 눈이 피로감을 느껴서 금방 잠에 든다고 함.
피로감을 느끼는 원인은 크게 2가지로 몸에서 오는 게 있고, 뇌에서 오는 게 있는데, 눈은 뇌에 직접적으로 연결되어 있기 때문에 눈을 빠르게 좌우로 움직이면 곧바로 잠에 들 수 있게 된다고 함.

성균관대학교 교지 중 하나인 정정헌이 학생투표로 동아리에서 퇴출되어(매우 심한 욕) 방을 비워주게 되었다고 하고. 그 책을 당장 내일까지 빼야하는 모양인데.... 거기 포함된 도서 중에는 김귀정생활도서관(여기도 이미 사라지고 없고)에서 넘어온 책이 많다고. 여성주의 교지에 성대 도서관이다보니 학생운동, 사회학 관련 무수한 절판도서도 있는 모양이라... 하... 일단 옮길 장소도 마땅히 찾지 못한 모양. 도움주실 분들을 찾습니다..ㅠㅠㅠ

치이카와는 완전 인터넷 연재만화인데(그래서 만화상 후보였을 때 이게 만화가 맞냐는 여부로 의견이 갈라졌다고 함 아니 만화가 아니면 뭔데;) 8권 발매기념으로 연재지면도 아니고 그냥 종이책 출판사의 잡지 중 하나인 모닝 표지를 장식하고 세이렌 책갈피도 준다는 점이 왠지 일본 출판업계의 복잡한 신경전을 보는 것 같아서 기분이 묘하다... 개인적으론 8권 특장판을 이미 주문했으니 모닝은 패스할 생각이지만 일본 사시는 분들은 구매하셔도 좋을지도? 세이렌은 엄청 치명적으로 귀여우니까...🤗

In #10, we follow John Stewart coming back to Oa to reconcile the changes happening on this new Oa and all the questionable decisions his copy has made in his absence.
