A big part of the Baltimore–Washington Parkway is under federal control (National Park Service) so they don’t have to coordinate with state & local authorities. I would take I-95 as an alternate where there is much higher traffic volume.
ICE is now setting up racial profiling checkpoints to stop people on major US highways. These checkpoints are being seen near Washington, DC on the Baltimore-Washington Pkwy, on the DC/Maryland border.

Where to buy new music cd's? No Amazon, no Target, no Walmart. I'm in Richmond, tried Plan Nine on Cary but they only have used. Prefer local in person but ordering online is an option just not those places.
