Seeing a lot of folks telling other folks how to think and feel over the past day. I want to chime in with a Therapy Day One concept: What you’re feeling is real and valid and unique to you. Feel what you need to feel, you’re the one who knows what’s right for you, and self-care is not selfish.

There will never be another app that has the same reach, the same algorithm, and the same ability for everyone to have a fair shot at succeeding like the one we just lost. If it crawls back from the dead, it won't be the same. Pet Sematary had it right, Sometimes dead is better.
