Ordered some food items (tasty but boring) which were delivered today packaged with dry ice (not edible but fun!). So of course I had to spend all morning playing with it!

The Gulf Coast Chinese Lantern Festival at Bellingrath Gardens (just south of Mobile, AL). April 26, 2025.
Looped through once before sunset to avoid the crowds, then again at night to see the lights. Was very excited about the giant crab. (There were also bubbles, so can you blame me?) 😆

Spending a week underway in the Gulf of Mexico was a really nice break from... *gestures* everything. But it is great to be back home with my cat and my own pillows.

Actually got the weekend off, so took a little day trip up to Mobile, AL! Never visited the city before, so was pleasantly surprised by the local art scene, celebrated indie bookstore day, and had officially one of the tastiest crab cakes ever!
