Idk what to call it but sometimes when my long covid flares or I stop taking my medicine my sleep is extremely strange
It feels like I’m up all night but I’m definitely in and out of sleep
I call it tethered sleep bc it feels like I never actually fall away into dreams, I’m latched onto awakeness
