Spending a couple days in the area and since my friends who I am crashing over at are at work today, I took my time to get here so I don't stress about certain things I was worrying about back home in MD and I regret waiting because now I'm so hungry 🫠

Techniques are used the way they are. Being a narcissist and egomaniacal is akin to cutting your nose off to spite your face in that world and it's so noticeable when someone does it. I think people seriously underestimate the type of food science that goes into making something more high-end. It's a lot of education, repetition & life experience that gets you the skill in sometimes extremely grueling situations- in culinary it's best to watch and learn and understand why-
