Hard to do especially in this climate.

Whatever decisions are made I just hope we make it back to the moon soon. As someone not around for Apollo, I’m pumped to see humans land on the moon. Watching that will be incredible!

I was going to listen before, but now it has moved up my priority list 😂

Do you know where fairings will come down? Fairing separation at 136 km seems pretty high up. I assume it is to target a specific location so they don’t come down over land

How are the streams/camera views for these missions? Looks like coverage starts in 17 minutes

Don’t stop now! The Q&A is the best part

People are worried about NASA science funding and I am not really sure where that sentiment is coming from. These screenshots are proof. NASA pioneered launch, now hand it to commercial so NASA can put more money into science

SpaceX has also been very vocal about having competition. Musk and Shotwell have talked about how important that is to them since the beginning of spaceX. You don’t have to take their word for it though, they launch their direct competitor’s constellations

This is unbelievable

Why do you think BO is toast? He has been vocal about his positive views toward BO with the exception of BO’s legal strategy to slow progress. I’m pumped to see what they have been up to, but their legal department is shameful. He also thinks competition (when referencing BO and spacex) is healthy

I’m cautiously optimistic. Are concerns about conflict of interest and lack of experience in politics.

For starship safety, that Reuters article was pretty trash. Starbase is built and run like a heavy manufacturing plant, so comparing to traditional aerospace isn’t accurate. It’s average otherwise

Initial thoughts on this are positive. Maybe we will get that Hubble servicing mission after all!

Is this part of SMART reuse or a whole booster??

So pumped for this mission! Probably one of the most exciting of this decade. The cost is pretty high for a falcon heavy. I wonder how much of that goes towards certification to carry the RTG vs other costs

Space is cool! Anyone who disagrees can scram 👊🏻

Those accounts, some more rocket photographers, and the real Scott Manley would make my feed complete. Wouldn’t mind a few more space meme creation accounts as well 😂
