I hope you can see why I'm not able to answer your question as the settings are highly dependent on the subject and lighting situation, and they are very variable

I would recommend to generally not try to focus on the ISO but prioritize the shutter speed instead. For me the ISO is the last value that I change until the image is properly exposed. Normally I shoot in manual + ISO auto anyway so I don't have to worry about it.

The aperture isn't as important, although it helps a lot to separate the subject. And if I paid for the whole lens I'm gonna use the whole lens
