Trouble with AI is, it has a mind of its own. Here's an outtake from a forthcoming music video "Old Neptune's Car", & an exhibition celebrating 200 years of railway travel at The Seaside Museum, Herne Bay, from 12 April.
There'll be plenty of events inc. history talks, film screenings, guided tours.

1968, singer/entertainer Michael Flanders wrote the following verse to his father in Herne Bay.

I'm terribly sorry to hear,
That Herne Bay is closing its pier.
If it can't be insured
Or just shored-or restored-
As a pier must it now disappier?

Here's another from Flanders

In March 1960, thirty rose trees, a gift from Mr T J Ford of Beltinge, were planted by his gardener in the two circular gardens on the up platform at Herne Bay station, and the narrow flowerbed on the downside. Two of the flowerbeds have recently been removed to make way for the new accessible lift.
