Not really, because it depends what time it is when you count the number of hands on a clock. Though the second hand always comes in first in almost every lap around the numbers, it keeps passing the others about once every minute.

In Heat, he holds his own as a superb supporting player in a cast that has some of the best film actors of its time, including those who weren't as well-known at the time but nevertheless highly talented actors. (Tom Sizemore, Dennis Haysbert, Natalie Portman, just to name a few.)
