been working on a goofy and gay supervillain comic in my free time lately. I have also developed a strong interest in vintage book/magazine covers and movie posters. so of course, instead of working on the actual comic, i decided to make cheesy covers of each character lol. here’s two so far.
a character poster inspired by 1950's-80's pulp horror magazine covers. a person with short greying red hair and a beard struggle in the grasp of two ghastly zombie-like figures. they are wearing a green sweater vest and a long brown skirt. in the background a large skeleton reaches forebodingly toward a group of people. the text reads: (title) DECLAN GRAYE (subtitle) Witness the unsettling power of their clairvoyant nightmares... (at the bottom of the page) This is more than just a bad dream! a poster reminiscent of 1920s movie poster (specifically based off of “the woman from hell” 1929 movie poster) a girl with short blond hair, a pink sweater, and purple skirt dances happily. one side of the frame next to her is frozen over, and the other side is melting. the background is bright red graphic rays overlayed stark blue. the title reads “Flux” and the subtitle cheesily adds “She’ll raise hell… then freeze it over!”

I’ve been working on some clown tarot! Here is The Fool, portrayed by a happy-go-lucky hobo clown.

we did a d&d one-shot the other day and this happened and it was funny trust me
panel 1- a mushroom man asks a goblin wizard’s duck familiar: “Skittles, can you count to three?” panel 2- skittles goes, “QUACK QUACK QUACK!” panel 3- the mushroom guy says, “Wow! That’s maybe the smartest duck I’ve ever met!” moderately impressed. panel 4- the goblin wizard follows up with, “He can also play piano!” Skittles looks on duckily. panel 5- the mushroon man in complete shock says, “Holy fucking shit”

the badger girl’s name is bug and the toad’s name is toe. bug is one of my first dungeons and dragons characters and i love her very much.
