Please don't take offense to the headline of this meme, but it does illustrate how little progressives know about Medicare has worked since it began in the Johnson Administration. Like Obamacare, it was created to be a boon to health insurance companies, not the public.

"Uhhh, I don't understand what fascism was or how it worked, but I will still use the word to speak pejoratively of anything that seems authoritarian, even if it is based on long standing Federal law. I also can't explain why I don't describe perceived acts of authoritarianism as "communist."

Wrong. Billions have been spent on research to develop a room temperature superconductor and on solid state batteries. Commonwealth is building reactors based on confirmed scientific research, confirmed via scientific method. The research was done and confirmed. There's no question this will work.

First Nations warred on each other, committed brutal atrocities within & without their tribes. There is no country on earth where lesser tribes were not wiped out by the current rulers, so your contention is ridiculous. Why aren't you criticizing the Arabs for stealing Egypt from the Copts?

It isn't about opinions and feelings. We follow what is written in the Constitution, but more importantly, what is not. 10A is very clear, power belongs to the states unless the states delegated power over a specific subject to the US government.

The Constitution is abused when SCOTUS reimagines it. It goes against the Founders wise instruction to apply originalism to the interpretation of the Constitution. Doing otherwise is an immoral power grab.
