James' was dismissed too, yeah. The opinion for Comey's dismissal has explicit language, vis-a-vis statute of limitations, that would make a re-indictment nigh impossible, not the case for James' though.

Statewide Colorado has a trickle down from Gub. to AG since AG Weiser is running against current Sen. Bennet for Governor. Which then personally I am watching Seligman for AG in that primary, but it's probably gonna be pretty crowded.

I have the same feeling about games as art the same way Lindsay Ellis used Transformers to explain film theory. Not every game is art, but most games have elements in its creation and consumption that are worthwhile to acknowledge as being artistic. See also: spaghetti westerns, comic books, etc.
