Artist alleys at comic cons bum me out sometimes because I’ll see artists who’ve inspired me my whole life grinding away hour by hour when they should all be comfortable as hell and doing whatever they want, making whatever they want. I want that for everybody!
Neal Adams was vilified for YEARS due to constantly speaking up for artists and writers to get full health coverage and fought to have artists get their work back from these guys.
Ah. I see people are learning about how the Superhero-Industrial Complex actually works.
