Did I mention that Istanbul is full of street cats who are fed by locals or adopt some store or restaurant as their own. They are mostly neutered, chipped and clipped. Odd arrangement but it seems to mostly work with feeding stations scattered about.

Visiting family in Istanbul for a week. Took pix on ferry from the Asian to European side of the Bosphorus strait. Arrived having gone from North America to Europe to Asia in less than a day. Oh, the wonder and warnings of life today.
