Hel face down on her bead in comfy clothes and fat cat slippers while the GSoR sits on her head. Alisaie peeks her head around the frame of the bedroom doorway and spots Hel on the bed. She asks the others behind her if they are ready. Thancred stands with his arms crossed behind Alisaie leaned up on the wall. Many voices call out "Happy Nameday, Hel!", startling her up with half opened eyes and launching the GSoR off of her head. 'Chu: Hel does not consider 'Chu an ex, but a first love lost. After losing her to the Calamity, Hel has not been the same. Though she has continued to live and selectively pursue love as she envisioned 'Chu would have wanted, Hel still awaits for her. She knows she will find her some day... M'naago: A short relationship with M'naago began during the liberation of Ala Mhigo. Hel finally felt that she could open herself up in a way that she had not since after the Calamity. Hel often found excuses to sneak away to work custom deliveries with M'naago and steal her away to chat by the campfires afterward. The relationship was short-lived due to Hel having recurring flashbacks of 'Chu and withdrawing from M'naago. Though M'naago insisted that they could work through things, Hel did not feel like she could move on and cursed herself for putting M'naago through that. Ultimately, Hel ended the relationship to preserve the two's friendship. Shortly after silencing Tsukuyomi, Hel decided to wind down in Kugane for a short while where she met and grew close to a Highlander who wooed Hel with honeyed words and shallow face-value promises. Once close, he would physically restrain her from roaming the city, utilizing her own Gil, making calls via linkpearl, or meeting with anyone without his permission. Each time she attempted to leave, he would leave Hel bruised and battered. She was able to escape upon her journey to Norvrandt, surrounded by the Scions. Lyna: Her last ex before becoming seriously engaged with Estinien. Hel gravitated toward Lyna for her steadfast dedication, unwavering bravery, and her passion to do the right thing. Hel often confided in Lyna and the two would often talk the night away, sometimes dozing off in each other's arms. Often, the Crystal Exarch approached Hel with many "what are your intentions with my granddaughter" speeches. Many of Hel's responses resembled, "Don't you have a tower to defend, old man?". Jest as Hel did with him, it was due to the utmost respect for the Crystal Exarch and his wishes that Hel and Lyna agreed to cut off the relationship, yet remain great friends.

Hel turns from the stranger back to the battlefield and reaches out toward 'Chu, shouting her name and noticing she does not have a portal forming around her. 'Chu continues to fight as the destruction carries on and fireballs begin to fall from the sky. 'Chu takes one moment to look at Hel and give her Hel's favorite silent smile, reassuring her that things will work out as Hel's vision fades to white and 'Chu with it. Hel awakes in Ul'dah with Estinien at her side as well as her trusty GSoR. Hel is shaking, heavily breathing and quietly saying to herself as she comes to, "'Chu, why did you leave me behind?" Still shaky and with unstable breath, Hel reaches her left hand up to hold Estinien's and whispers, "You still need to come find me."

Hel leans down over the stranger, holding her lance behind her. He thanks the Twelve at her arrival and offers his hand to her. Hel grasps it. The stranger uses his final moments to tell Hel that the Twelve told him that she is the true chosen. The stranger fades away and drops from Hel's grip, but he left something behind in her hand. She stares and wonders at this small orange crystal that he gave to her as she the area around her started to glow and she felt the familiar tug of teleportation magic.

'Chu says not a word, but simply purrs into Hel's palm. While still embraced, Hel reaches up and removes her Drachen helm. With her helmet now off, Hel pulls 'Chu in closer and they rest their foreheads on each other. Hel and 'Chu rush to the front line to aid in the coming battle. 'Chu is on the left casting destructive magic while Hel brandishes her lance ready to strike. The field is littered with debris, dust, smoke, and gunfire when the stranger who is laying on the ground calls out to Hel.

A Midlander stranger runs into Hel's shoulder as he charges passed, causing Hel to yell at him as the Miqo'te glares at the man. The stranger brushes off Hel's anger and states that it is the end of days and he plans to do what he can to stop it. The stranger stands in the foreground looking over his shoulder at Hel and the Miqo'te saying that he hopes they feel the same and will contribute to stop the end. Hel looks at the man concerned while the Miqo'te still glares at him with disbelieving eyes. Hel caresses the Miqo'te, 'Chu's hair while stating that she knows they need to act, but confesses her fear of anything going wrong. Because of this she requests that 'Chu promises Hel to promise her that she will find her if anything goes awry. 'Chu stares deep into Hel's eyes and gently holds her at the waist.
