Seconding Deichman, Munch, and Vigeland. Opera tour is very cool (I've done it twice - the building is beautiful) or just take in sunset on top of the building itself, sauna in the bay, fun eats at the barcode... all of those (minus Vigeland) are within a half kilometer of each other.
