@lycomorpha.bsky.social When I first ran into you and you shared your love of moths, I wanted to share this pic with you, but I couldn't find it! Just came back in my FB memories. When I Googled the image, it said it was a Tolype moth. - just beautiful!

A very furry looking moth. The antennae are large, white and fuzzy. The wings, which are closed around the body have horizontal stripes, the larger being a dark brown and the thinner ones are white. I could describe it as having brown wings with two white horizontal bars in teh middle, then some more white at the end of the wings.
The head is brown and with the two white antennae, it looks like a vertical brown line.
The butt/tail of the moth is sticking out below the wings. Very fuzzy, a mix of white and brown.

Loving the porch rail feeder I got from The Critter Corner Shop (www.etsy.com/shop/TheCrit...) on Etsy. Cats are enjoying it too. Matter of face, I bought a second for the front porch.

The comic shows Cutter laying into rayek with a double fisted wack across the chest

In the back of the comic because it's bagged and boarded shows the certificate of authenticity and unlimited signing of 1,000 copies. The tamper proceedal is intact

A comparison of a frame in the Marvel release of ElfQuest in color versus the newly released ElfQuest hardbound books. The biggest difference I'm seeing is the floor and the wall. There are minor differences in other objects but wow It says something very different about the troll caverns. +

On the left is a frame from the ElfQuest comic. I believe they call this the newspaper paper. The colors are just there nothing pops. The floor looks like dirt the walls are just gray walls other colors are just the basic main colors that were available for print at the time.
On the right is then you were kind of paper It's shiny and that's all I can tell you. But the floor is now of a purple a light purple hue with the color from the walls reflecting down on the floor and the wall colors are a little purple but they also have a rainbow of other colors yellows and greens pinks. As for the colors used elsewhere whereas in the old newspaper print it was a light orange maybe peachy color now the dress of the female troll by the throne is lighter and has more shading I'm not really sure what color that is and it's more of a yellow going into oranges or what but I would definitely say this wasn't worthwhile purchase

I only have three of the Warp Graphics ElfQuest comics. Numbers 17, 18 and 21. But they are very special to me even though I have the stories in multitudes of other forms.

Warp graphics ElfQuest number 17 sold for $1.50. It shows cutter and some other elves attacking the trolls in their caverns. It's signed in the bottom right corner by Wendy Pini 1983

@kagesatsuki.com One of my earlier introductions to you. I fell in love with this comic because I was just starting to raid tank and the feels!
Honestly, one of the very few good memories I have WoW. I did love raiding. I had a good team.

A four panel comic based on a Warcraft Tauren Druid Tank. The tank is discussing raid strategy. The first panel, "What the RL thinks I do" shows the tank, in glasses, meticulously going over tactics with a humanoid shape labeled "RL".
The 2nd panel, "What the healers think I do," has the tank covered in wounds, with "CRIT CRIT" over their head while a sword, labeled "Boss" is hitting them.
The 3rd panel, "What the DPS think I do" shows the tank smiling, leaning away from a swinging boss sword, and singing.
The 4th panel, "What I actually do," shows the feet and belly of a giant boss, the tank cowering before it, saying "I need an adult."

This is the planter though there's nothing for size comparison. You'd have to go on FB to see the one that I posted with him holding it by his head so you can see how big it really is. But he kept it and it's in his office

A very large maroon skull wall planter with big bulging eyes. It was something my husband used to sell in his Etsy shop but they weren't selling well so he took him down. The reason I'm sharing the skull is it's as big as his head. And when we got his bike helmet we had two special order it because his head is so big

This is Jareth. Named after the Goblin King in #Labyrinth ( #DavidBowie, sigh), The little pita lived up to it last night constantly waking me up meowing because he was hungry because he decided to sleep all day instead of eat. Yes fed him but every time I moved he started up again.

Not the best framing but she was making me laugh and I moved. But I thought the picture was just too cute. This is Anita. She's around a year old. Showed up at our place starving and since none of the local humane societies had room we took her in. She is a tiny little thing but adorable.
