GMO fluffy mouse is neat and all but nothing to do with mammoths. And not sure why we want to make mammoths and subject them to this world?

For everyone who somehow forgot how corrupt and awful Cuomo was as Governor. (And this is just end of term stuff so it doesn't include his failure to properly fund and maintain the MTA.)
It's headlines like these that take us on a stroll down memory lane: Remember when a group of state-empaneled investigators found that the former governor had created a hostile work environment by sexually harassing numerous subordinates? Remember how New York taxpayers have spent $25 million and counting to defend Cuomo from some of those lawsuits related to misconduct, and other suits related to the governor's nursing home directive, and the subsequent rewriting of that history?

Given the special election timeline, and that Cuomo is the ghost haunting our city's mayoral primary right now...starting the 30-day suspension process in a week or so isn't a bad idea.

If Adams resigns or is removed from office before March 26, 2025, Public Advocate Williams would take his place until a nonpartisan special election is held to elect someone to serve the remainder of his term. (The regularly scheduled mayoral primary would still take place in June.) If Adams is removed or resigns after that date, Williams would still become acting mayor, but there would be no special election.

So I was curious what ppl get up top when googling Project 2025, and among the ads is one from Heritage that leads you to a toned down true/false list.
They are proudly claiming the plan to shut down the dept of education.
Oh and the "porn ban". They proudly claim that too.

For people wondering, "How did Eric Adams become mayor of NYC?" This is how. A small subset of Brooklyn Dems will not relinquish power and only campaign for their own (but not against Republicans I guess)
Though the mailers were attributed to the Brooklyn Democratic Party, it appears that the decision to commit party funds to an intra-party primary among Democrats was actually made by a few people at most. Many county committee members across Brooklyn were surprised to receive those mailers, according to Caitlin Kawaguchi, the president of the New Kings Democrats, an organization that has struggled to reform the county party. "They were alarmed and concerned because they had not been consulted on any sort of endorsement process, or if there even should be an endorsement process in the primaries," Kawaguchi said.
