Actually quite pissed off about that headline - especially as you don't actually get any help for mental health issues in this country on the NHS. 6wks of dogshit CBT is not going to cut it for most people. And lol have you seen the waiting lists for ADHD assessments??

Good to know that as an architect with a masters degree working in a practice that specialises social housing I’m considered a ‘taker’ because I don’t earn above £50k… but It’s ok, we don’t have a housing crisis or anything. Why do I bother paying so much £££ in visa fees to be treated like this.

I heard someone say that there's actually a loneliness epidemic for everyone including women, but it only gets reported on for men because of cultural sexism. I think that's probably accurate.
