Scaled chicken thighs per @thisgrilllife.bsky.social and salted skin in fridge. Baked at 400 degrees (possibly too high heat for scalded skin). Edible. #BBQmunity

I should’ve photographed without the fried onions, but once they were removed, I slammed the meat. #BBQmunity
