Directed to remove my pronouns from all work things. USDA/NIFA removed gender identity and expression from the non-discrimination statement. But yeah, "defend women".

Well gosh I got makeup on and everything for a marathon meeting day... And then the meetings get cancelled bc there are suddenly emergency things to respond to, interrupting our regular work. It's like someone's trying to disrupt government or something.
