Our Flag Means Jello.
The "Young Buccaneers" menu from the Blue Bayou Restaurant at New Orleans Square in Disneyland. There's a photo of a pirate lying on a canyon, about to shoot a gun. The menu includes a Long John's Special for $2.15 including a new Orleans Fried Spring Chicken with a mound of snowflake potatoes and vegetables, The Captain's Feast of golden brown shrimp (with snowflake potatoes and vegetables) and the Buccaneer's Bounty of spaghetti royale with a hearty meat sauce and Parmessan Cheese. It also included a dinner roll and butter, and the "grog" options were Apple Jack from the Captain's Favorite Kegs, or Pure Cow's Milk. Dessert was a Caribbean Fruit Sherbet or Ruby Red jello from the Treasure Chest. "If perchance you don't agree, its over the side on the plank for ye!" by order of Captain Blackbeard Plus Applicable Sales Tax

This map is not complete, or at least, it's out of date. They are located on Miami Beach now (see link below) but there are no Miami Beach locations on the map.

Were they using a 1988 MacPlus with no internal hard drive?
Error message from late 1980s Mac that says This disk is unreadable by this Computer. Do you want to initialize the disk? Then there is a box that says NAME: Untitled and another box that allows formatting in Mac OS Standard 800K. Other buttons have Eject and Initialize options.
