i measure with my kokoro so these are approximate measurements

**spices:
1/2Tbs cinnamon
2tsp ginger
2tsp sage
2tsp pepper
1/4tsp pumpkinpie spice (optional because i use the Trader Joes one)
and
1/4tsp salt

let your brown sugar sauce cool a little before adding it to your potatoes n apples n cranberries

fold together

add to 350° oven uncovered for about 50-60mins
when the edges are nice and bubbley

if you're reheating the next day
350° for 30min
you can add a few Tbs of apple juice to help rehydrate

in a saucepan melt 6Tbs of butter

add 1/2c of brown sugar (don't pack it)

on medium heat stir to combine

**add spices: cinnamon,ginger,sage, pepper, pumpkinpie(optional) and salt stir to combine

add 2-3Tbs honey stir to combine

slowly add 2/3c of applejuice

lower heat
remove when it simmers

Peel n cut 5-6 large sweet potatoes into 1nch pieces

add to pot and and cover with water and bring to a boil

when it comes to a boil add 2 honeycrisp apples cut into 1nch pieces

when potatoes are fork tender drain and add to baking dish with about 1/4c dried cranberries

i didnt have internet yet when this commercial first aired so held my boombox up to the TV to record it

thankfully our movie rental place had the game

the pumpkin spice is good but my cinnamon allergy is sensitive this year so it hurt my throat
