I was already angry at the bullshit legislation they passed and I'm so bummed about this. I love hemp beverages.

I took a quick snap of the Aurora. This is the first time I've seen it myself in Northern Illinois. It was visible with the naked eye.

I'm trying a 16:8 (16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window) fast and it's going better than expected. I'm only on day one but I honestly thought it would be worse. I've been reading up on this and I hope I reap some of the benefits.
