Spending the day eating food, putting together LEGOs, and watching a bunch of Tolkien movies. Starting with ‘The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey’ and a half-ish-full English Breakfast (first of SIX meals) paired with an apple mimosa!

Weekend dinners! Tried making chicken tikka masala for the first time with garlic naan on Saturday and just finished cooking up pad Thai for this evening. Need to use chicken thighs next time for the tikka and the pad Thai needs to be spicier. But not bad!
