Other than it taking 2 weeks for a day of repairs 😬, no complaints with Rivian service. They communicated often, provided a loaner, and delivered the truck to me at home. Front jounce blocks also replaced with revised components. No more squeaky suspension! That alone was worth the 2 week wait.
After almost 25k and 20 months, first issue my my Rivian R1T. No luck with a hard reset either. Mobile service scheduled in a couple of weeks. ⚡️ 🛻
