?metabolism days are a myth. after loosing a lot of weight ur BMR ⬇️ and looses less energy all around. U may loose a whole bunch of weight doing this but its because ur gonna shit a whole bunch. So just take plenty of fiber and try to incorporate gut healthy foods..

It condenses into barely anything! This is due to all the water drawing out from evaporation. Personally I just put it in a microwave safe bowl or on what I’m making, microwave it and it shrinks into like, the size of maybe 1/8 cup for a whole cup. But alas salad is a good option too!!! Spinach..big bag of spinach is around 40c and u put it in the microwave for under a min and then slap it on a sandwich/pizza/anything really bc it’s so condensed. Get in plenty of iron and potassium without having to eat much volume and has great effects like for ur heart

Looks soo good!! Have you tried boracho beans? It’s low calorie and is a really filling side. I just make it in the microwave and add parsley and tastes like at a restaurant!!!!

Love love love cardio to the grave. Also find exercises you like!! Doing them outside, alone, in a group etc. makes you more motivated to continue. And also going to a sauna OR taking a 30 minute shower standing in steamy water helps!!!

gotta agree with u on this one but on my way to my bloodwork exams I was on twt and..I forgot her @ but she’s around bmi 11-10 and literally cannot walk. Liver, kidney damage. Like it’s scary

Dry fasting should probably just be for short periods, like before bed and during sleep or before a weigh in. Definitely nothing over 24 hours. Especially if you don’t take ur electrolytes.

sorry this is late but depending on your weight definitely do cardio like straight. I don’t mean running I mean like grabbing a some hand or ankle weights and putting on a HIIT video and doing them. I’m short and burn less calories but I burn on average 350/400 per 1 hour. Just focus on your HR

Also pre planned meals are a really good way to interact with food, when I would eat when I was bored I eventually realized I could wean down by INTERACTING with food by cooking it and then pre planning it. I’m sure if you gave meal planning a few shots you would find it’s actually really effective

I would recommend holding onto it for future meals or giving urself like 2 minutes to eat it and then putting it away. Or simply doing what they do just psss it into a teacher. The nurses also appreciate it for students with low blood sugar etc

I can totally relate the school food. As someone who works as an intern athlete trainer at a highschool students will come in all the time with cereals and other breakfast patries from breakfast line bc they wanted the fruit/juice/milk etc
