Woke up very depressed today, after days of slow sadness building. For one of the first times in years Im feeling adequately supported to honour the eb & flow of my emotions. Thanks to my support worker, my partner & myself for getting these new moon feels moving. Happy lunar new year to all 🌚🏺⛲️🐍

First year growing tomatoes since coming north. I got the seedlings from an old bloke at the markets and they are so strong and the fruit is so sweet!
